Konzorcij evropskih organizacij s področja znanstvene informatike: JISC (Joint Information Systems Committee, UK), SURF (Netherlands), SPARC Europe, DFG (Deutsches Forschungsgemeinschaft, Germany), DEFF (Danmarks Elektroniske Fag- og Forskningsbibliotek, Denmark) želi s pozivom za podpisovanje peticije podpreti dokument "EU Study on the economic and technical evolution of the scientific publication markets of Europe". Predlagam, da se pridružite iniciativi in dodate ideji Odprtega dostopa (Open Access) tudi svojo podporo s podpisom peticije.
